Choose the design in the store, then send your five measurements on WhatsApp: full length, shoulder, sleeve, chest and armhole. The abaya is tailored to those measurements in the Novella atelier in Doha. If you need help taking them, follow the measuring guide in our journal, or ask for a fitting appointment on WhatsApp.
Which sizes and lengths does Novella offer?
Novella abayas come in five sizes, XS to XL, and in lengths from 50 to 60, at one price for every size and length. You choose both on the abaya's page in the store. If you fall between two sizes, send your measurements on WhatsApp and the abaya is tailored to you in our Doha atelier.
How do I order a Novella abaya?
Order on the online store at novellaabaya.com: choose the design, size and length, then complete your order at checkout. Or send the design number and your measurements on WhatsApp and we will arrange the order with you in the chat. Ready sizes work both ways; made-to-measure orders are arranged on WhatsApp.
How long does tailoring take?
We confirm the tailoring time on WhatsApp when you order, since it depends on the design and the time of year. If you need the abaya for a fixed date, such as Eid or a wedding, mention the date in your message before ordering and we will tell you what is possible in the time available. Ordering earlier before the busy seasons gives more room.
